McKinnells personal injury
McKinnells was established in Lincoln in 1959 as the branch office
of a Leicester firm, McKinnell, Ervin and Holmes. The resident partner,
Keith Holmes, started alone with one secretary at 35 Silver Street,
Lincoln. After a number of years the Lincoln branch separated from
the Leicester firm and by 1973 the firm had moved to new offices
at 188 High Street, enabling further growth to take place.
Despite the numerous changes over the decades, maintaining service
continuity has been central to the success of McKinnells. Five of
the seven current partners undertook their initial training with
McKinnells and there are a number of staff members who have been
with the firm over 30 years.
McKinnells has invested in modern IT equipment, operates an up
to the minute case management system and has a state of the art
digital dictation system. All these help to provide a top class
service to our clients. Even more important than the technology
are the people in the firm. Everyone is encouraged to attend frequent
training courses to keep skills up to date and to enhance their
knowledge. Many of the lawyers are members of specialist groups
and panels.
We have over 10 years experience in dealing with all types of personal
injury claims from slips and trips to road traffic accidents and
accidents at work. We have won compensation for our clients ranging
from a few hundred pounds to over two million. Pursuing a claim
is not expensive. We will provide a free initial interview to discuss
the merits of your case and the likely value of any claim.
McKinnells prides itself on putting clients first. We look forward
to being able to help you.
